Every cake and pastry is made from scratch in our own kitchen, each morning.
Our Story
Two traditions,
one counter.
Bilan Café started with a simple craving: proper Somali chai — black tea, whole spices, steamed milk — served somewhere that also pulled a serious espresso shot. We built the menu around both, then let the bakery case do the rest.
Everything on our counter is made to order, from the cinnamon-stick chai to the cakes cooling in the back. No shortcuts, no syrup pumps standing in for real spice.
